thoughts on the interview

I cant imagine this i get so angry watching this i could only imagine as a mother how it would be for my child and i to go to the gas chambers and thats that. Cant imagine how the men felt to lose family without even knowing at first. All i think about it why? and who wakes up and thinks about this who wants to do this to another person let alone children who have no idea whats going on, like he said people who could have found the cure for cancer or aids gone in 15 mins this is so sad, think about being  in a bunk with others and wake up and your fathers gone and the person next to you has passed and nothing you can do but scream inside for fear you would be next. to live everyday in death and worry and hunger i could only imagine the people who just wanted to die to get ride of the pain to leave the camp i cant imagine at all watching this opens my eyes wider then before about this i pray for those lost and for those saved i cant imagine at all what it would be like and my heart breaks for them all.

My favorite Book

My favorite book would have to be the in to the wild we did a big thing on that my senior year of high school and i just loved that book and the movie! It was a great book because of the way it was set up and the way the author made it sound like it was him talking instead of someone else talking it made me feel like i was experience the true meaning of what he was really going through! It also got me to thinking what it would be to really live like out there and if i could actually survive! Great book i would suggest anyone to read and to watch the movie! -Brandi Davis

Interview response

After watching the interviews by Elie Wiesel I can picture what it was like back then. I can't imagine what it was like living through it all. Seeing all the young children and all the other people that were killed, they didn't even do anything to have this happen to any of them. The interviews helped me understand what this time period was like by being able to actually see it. It was a really hard time watching all of them seeing all the children but it helped put a picture of things in this time period in my mind.

Interview Response

Viewing the interview definitely had a lot of feelings. I couldn't imagine what those poor, innocent people went through. The experiments and the torture and the pain, and for no reason at all. The children were innocent and never did a thing wrong and for them to be killed at such a young age and have the rest of their life just taken away is just so heartbreaking. Those people who put their names on the suit cases thinking they were going to leave again and never getting them back. They save the memories of those who owned them. In the end the rich, the poor, and the famous were all one.

My Favorite Book

Love You Forever By Robert Munsch

This is book would have to be my favorite book due to the fact that my family use to read this book to me and I read this book for my children. So the link I have up above for you will bring you to Robert Munsch site talking about the book, this book not only followed me through my life and help me through one of the toughest things I have gone though (I know you thinking weird how could this children's book follow me and help me get through life struggles.) well if you decide to click on the ling which i would suggest :) you will see the famous line of the book .
“I’ll love you forever,
I’ll like you for always,
as long as I’m living
my baby you’ll be.”

which really started as a song he made up for his two children that where born dead. I bet you wondering how does this relate to you Chelsea? well I too had a set a twins born dead which was the hardest thing i have ever gone through in my life and for some reason a lady at the hospital gave me this book and i was soo thrilled it reminded me how warm and cozy and how much my parents loved me it made me feel better made me smile thorugh a tough time. well weeks later i was on the internet and decided out of the blue to look up the author and see what other books he had in the midst of this he brought me to this page  and i read on how the famous line i have known my whole life was created on something soo much more serious then I knew as a child. At the moment my jaw dropped and i felt like the book for that moment in time was written for me. there is so much i could say about this book ad i could write pages and pages but i hope u have time to sit and read this book its amazing.

Response on interview

I could never imagine the emotion Elie has to feel when he goes back. He was taken back, while talking about certain areas of the camp. I felt bad for all the innocent children and older people. All the people didn't do anything wrong but got killed. The interview opened my eyes up even more. I didn't know a lot of the stuff even happened. Helped me get a better glimpse of the book. I can now picture what is going on.

My favorite book

Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks

My favorite book is Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks. I don't really like to read books and I also don't like to sit and watch movies. But Safe Haven was one movie that I actually really liked. I like this movie because of all the action that is going on in it. It is about a lady named Katie was being abused by her ex husband Kevin. And one day she went into the store to get something when she met the handsome guy that worked there whose name was Alex who has two children Lexie and Josh. Katie and Alex started hanging with and went to the beach a few times together. Until one day Katie's ex husband Kevin started looking for her since she was not home. Kevin then sends the police out looking for her. One night Alex had to go run an errand so he asks Katie to stay home and watch the kids. I am going to stop there and you can watch the movie or get the book and read and find out what happens at the end. I would recommend this book to any teenage girl. I have not been able to read a whole book, besides for school, but this was the first book ever that I was able to start and finish.

My favorite book

                                                                                 Pretty Little Liars

Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead. That is the beginning of Pretty Little Liars book series. Pretty Little Liars is also a hit T.V  show on ABC Family. Starting with five best friends Alison, Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily that live in a small town of Rosewood. When one night Alison disappears, no where to be heard of or found. Everyone in the town believes she has disappeared. One year later they find Alison's body. One day all four girls get mysterious texts with the letter "A" at the end. After three years of continues harassing texts, calls, and encounters with team "A" the girls are on the edge of finding who team "A" is. I'm going to stop right there incase I ruin it for anyone. The book series and the T.V series are very mysteries, and eye opening. As I read the books, I thought to myself " I hope this would never happen to anyone". I also thought "who has this much time to gather a team and harass these girls". The Pretty Little Liars series is the only book series I have ever started and finished. Along with that I have been watching the show since my sophomore year in high school. Yes, this is still my favorite show and book. You should either start watching the T.V show or read the book. You won"t regret it!
